Made from a pinot-heavy blend in our nine favourite villages (mostly Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses and Rilly-la-Montagne), the Cuvée Saphir is made from grapes grown in our Premier Cru vineyard, and is served in an intense blue bottle. Made primarily from pinot meunier, it is characterised by its fresh and fruit-forward personality.

Description
Eyes : this champagne offers a pale gold colour, broken only by a ribbon of fine bubbles.
Nose : bright, punchy aromas of apple and pear open it up nicely to a delicate finish with sweet, floral notes.
Palate : The first sip brings bright freshness and fruity aromas of peach, grapefruit, strawberry, cherry, followed by floral notes and a long, toasty finish.

The Saphir Brut Premier Cru is an aperitif champagne.
